Happy August, Alpine community!
This month we have wonderful things to look forward to.
We are thrilled to host Alpine Fest again this year on August 16th. Please invite your family and friends! If you would like to help and volunteer for set up, day of events, or tear down, please contact Morgan Dabson!
At the end of this month our partners at the YMCA will officially be moved in! We are so excited to be able to partner with our community organization to host neighboring children from 4 different elementary schools for an after school program! This will be a wonderful use of our space and an incredible opportunity to make deeper connections with our broader community.
All committees will meet in August, after taking July off.
On August 29th we will have a council retreat at Camp Winnebago during the day. In the evening we invite the whole congregation to join us for worship at camp and dinner fellowship to follow. Council will provide the main dishes, please bring a side dish to pass!
August will be our last month of gathering for one service on Sunday mornings. Come September, we will return to two services at 8am and 10am.
