Emmanuel Soup Kitchen
Several times a year several volunteers serve at the Emmanuel Soup Kitchen.
Zion Food Pantry
We continually collect food for the Zion Food Pantry. There is a bin in the front
vestibule for collection.
Love, Inc.
In cooperation with Love, In the Name of Christ, we offer financial and
educational assistance.
Carpenter's Place
Our Social Ministry Committee serves lunch for the patrons at Carpenter's Place
several times a year.
Holiday Food Baskets
We collect and distribute food for our holiday baskets for both Thanksgiving &
Christmas. This year, 2011, 25 baskets were given out to needy families.
Rockford Rescue Mission
Every year we host a worship service and dinner at the Rockford Rescue
Mission. The service often includes music from our worship band and dance
performed by our dance ministry team.
